Product Details
Pass the Maple Syrup is a delightful ribbed sock that’s incredibly beginner-friendly. The rib mixed with the variegated portion of Turtlepurl Yarns's Gatineau Fall colorway resembles a pile of leaves, rather perfect for the season. The texture of this pattern works with striped yarn so swimmingly, without competing with it.
Every sock pattern from rhyFlower Knits has helpful links to achieve a proper fit and gives you some insight into what to look for in a sock yarn and alternate heels! It's a pretty great way to join in on the addiction to sock knitting!
Worked in the round, Pass the Maple Syrup contains both cuff-down and toe-up written directions and a chart for the pattern stitch. The pattern has instructions for a peasant heel (afterthought heel using scrap yarn), but you may substitute whatever heel you enjoy using (links included for alternatives).
