I was fortunate enough to travel to Amsterdam a few years ago and purchased this beautiful linen/cotton blend yarn at Stephen and Penelope’s. This design starts with saddle shoulders and is knit all in one piece from the shoulders down. There are NO SEAMS! The sleeve and body increases are made using LLI and RLI. You can find many “youtube” tutorials for these increases. A lacy contrast color knit in Rosary Stitch is the accent around the upper body and sleeves. The body is a simple Garter Ridge pattern and the hem has a picot edge and hidden accent color. The body shape can be made either A-line or straight.
