Product Details
This is a pattern for a pretty purse that can be used for a number of occasions such as communion, bridal or evening. Two pent motifs are crocheted and then joined together and a shell edging around the opening is worked. Ribbon can be weaved through the eyelet row to form handles or an ornate decorative handle could be attached instead. I would recommend lining the purse. A contrast colour fabric to your yarn is another idea.
I crocheted the bag with 4ply cotton this resulted in the bag measuring 7” from point to point with a 5” opening
