Product Details

The Pennine Way is a long, beautiful countryside trail through the heartlands of the North of England. The rippling pattern of these fingerless gloves, together with the greens and purples of the yarn I used reminded me of the heathery moorland of the Pennine Way and inspired the name of this pattern. They are soft, stretchy and fun to make!

This is an intermediate pattern, not for a complete beginner. You will be working into the back loops and doing rows of slip-stitches. This pattern is in U.S. crochet terms.

The gloves pictured were made with a weight 4 (Medium) yarn (Red Heart Yarns Boutique Unforgettable) but the correct gauge can be achieved with a substantial DK yarn too and these gloves also look great in one solid colour.

This pattern has been carefully designed by me, worn and loved by my family and tried and tested by experienced pattern testers.

Enjoy Crocheting!
