I simply adore to design patterns for Christmas and my collection grows a little more every year !!!
This time it`s all about wall hangings made out of mini granny squares (one or two rounds), joined together with the join-as-you-go (JAYG) method to give a pixelated effect to the final object.
I`ve been developing three designs. Santa Claus could be a lovely advent calendar if you like the idea to add some numbers (starting from 25, 24,12 or 1 : as you wish!) to take away one by one every day till christmas day. Rudolph is just a happy decoration that jingles at every touch, while the “XO” panels could be lovely to gift to loved ones as hugs and kisses can be only virtual at the moment…
As an extra gift, you`ll find more charts at the end of this booklet : a snowman, a christmas tree and a candy cane to cheer you up and give you more options to celebrate the season!
