This hat remind me of rays of sunshine. It is so bright and cheerful. My daughter's middle name is Rae, so I named it Rae of Sunshine after her. Made with cotton, this makes a great spring hat!
Pattern is rated at advanced beginner. If you can increase and you are comfortable with shells, you should be able to create this beautiful hat without any trouble.
