What you'll need
Product Details
A pony-eared hoodie that’s close-fitting, smooth and entirely seamless because it’s knitted in one piece (even the ears). The shoulders and body are gently shaped to suit a child’s body, and to make that gloriously enormous hood sit comfortably. The hood is plenty big enough to be a pony disguise, or flop around like a cape, however you prefer to wear it.
This is a downloadable pdf of a knitting pattern with written and charted instructions. Instructions are included for zip, icord and buttonhole options. Pattern is written in UK terms with US equivalent terms and measurements included throughout.
It’s aimed at advanced knitters. You need to know how to:
- Increase and decrease stitches;
- Work with different colours;
- Pick up and work stitches;
- Use stitch markers;
- Use Magic Loop technique with a circular needle;
- Either graft using Kitchener stitch or do 3-needle cast-off or cast-off conventionally and seam up afterwards.
