nstructions are provided for two different yarn weights, Aran and Worsted, this second version also offering a nice stitch variation. Which means that you’ll be able to knit three different hats according to your wishes and you stash.
In addition, the worsted version is a fun and useful way to swatch for Sumac Sweater and to get a matching set of hat and sweater if you also plan to knit it.
Rhus is knitted in the round from the bottom to the crown, and a particular care is given to the cast on, using a tubular method whose detailed instructions are included in the pattern.
