The cuffs on these warm mitts begin with purled welts that lead into a wide uneven ribbing. Another pair of welts hugs the wrist, the hand continues in ribbing, finally ending with a matching pair of purled welts.
Small/Medium worked on US 7 – 4.5 mm needles Large/Extra-Large worked on US 8 – 5.0 mm needles
Gauge 16 sts x 20 rnds = 3” on US 7 – 4.5 mm needles in Uneven Ribbing very slightly stretched. 10 sts x 13 rnds = 2” on US 8 – 5.0 needles in Uneven Ribbing very slightly stretched.
