Product Details
Rushmore Cowl is knit in the round in one piece. It’s unique texture is created by staggered pleating of horizontal purl stitch bands. The purl stitches can be further emphasized by working them in a contrast color, but the design is effective in either one or two colors. The pleats make Rushmore warm and cozy and, as one test knitter described it, “the pleating is addictive!”
This is a quick and easy knit, requiring only knit and purl know how. The technique for pleating is fully explained with a photo tutorial. Pattern is easily modified into a longer infinity cowl or a flat scarf.
