Product Details
Saffron Saffron is a very playful and very girly shrug- cardigan featuring cute ribbed ruffles. It is a part of the “Spice Girls” series of cardigans designed for everyday wear, each one with a little unique spice of their own. The shrug-cardigan has a top down raglan construction, and it is completely seamless. You can dress it up or make it very casual. Saffron is designed to work for DK (8ply) weight yarns, wool blends are preferable. Bamboo and silk blend yarns with bamboo and silk content over 20% are not recommended.
Gauge (after blocking): 22 sts and 29 rows per 4x4 inches in stockinette stitch on 4.0 mm needles or size to obtain gauge.
Note on sizes: When choosing a size, please do not rely solely on age categories. Measure your child and choose the appropriate size. The shrug – cardigan has zero-1 inch of positive ease, i.e. it is fitted.
