Product Details
Fun flap front sweater - easy on over big heads! This sweater is worked all in one peice with side and underarm seams, using novel shaping methods.
Have fun with your button choice, all one colour or mix it up!
Requirements Sizes 40.5 (43, 45.5, 48, 50.5) cm chest (Child measurements)
Yarn Wool or wool blend sport weight or light DK yarn. Approximately 166 m (181 yd) to 50g (1.76 oz) I have used a DK wool at 137m to 50g and another at 166m to 50g and both have worked well.
Yarn 312 (338 364 390 420) metres
Needles Unless otherwise noted all garments use 3.25 mm (US 3 UK 10) (Or size needed to achieve gauge) I use circular needles, however all of these patterns can be worked on straight needles.
Notions 2 st markers. 2 st holders. Darning needle. 5 small buttons.
Gauge 24 sts x 50 rows = 10 cm (4 in) in garter st
Skills Advanced beginner, can read a pattern, increase, decrease, cast on and off, work a yarn over.
