Shamal is the name of a northerly or northwesterly, hot, dry wind that blows across Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and the Persian Gulf states, usually in the summer, but sometimes in winter. This quick to knit warmer under your coat will keep your neck as toasty on a cool day as those winds in summer.
Finished Measurements: approximately 20 (22) inches / 45.5 (55) cm circumference, buttoned
approximately 3.25 inches / 8 cm in length
