Product Details

Sheepishly is a comfy, cozy stuffy with a simple textured stitch of knits and purls.

Skills required: knit (k), purl (p), knit 2 together(k2tog), pick up and knit, sew up.

To pick up and knit, use yarn to “knit up” stitches along the edge. Insert needle through each stitch at the edge of the work with the working needle, wrap the working yarn around it, and pull the yarn through, completing it like a normal stitch.

Knit flat as a rectangle, with stitches picked up for the head; legs and tail are knit separately and sewn in place.

This friendly little sheep does not stand up on her legs, but rests charmingly on your bed or couch.

She can be knit with a single skein of worsted weight yarn (approx. 200 yards), or his legs, head, and or tail can be in a contrasting color.

Approx. 70 grams needed for body, head, and ears, 25 grams for legs, 5 grams for tail.

Stuff generously.
