Product Details
A light and breezy summer pullover, knitted with alpaca-blend cotton yarn. Waist- shaping and the details on the sides create a feminine line. Knit one for a holiday on the beach.
Yarn Worsted weight yarn Approx 800 (850, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200) yds, 740 (780, 830, 920, 1010, 1100) m. 6 (7, 7, 8, 9, 9) skeins of Berroco Maya (85% Pima Cotton, 15% Baby Alpaca Wool; 137 yds / 125 m, 50g). Sample is shown in 5611 (Cielo).
Note This sweater is worked in the round from the top down. The yoke is increased along raglan seams, while extra increases create the detail at back. Shaping is added along the side seams as the body is knit next. Wrap and Turn short row shaping along the bottom of the body creates a rounded shape at back. The sleeves are finished last, using the magic loop method, or using DPNs.
