Product Details
The Snowpaca Wrap is worked from end to end on the bias. A simple lace pattern separated by small bands of garter stitch are featured. Four shades of luxurious alpaca are used, two natural and two hand dyed. Directions are provided in both written and charted formats.
One size--easily adjustable. Measurements 13 ½”/ 34 cm x 75”/ 190 cmYarn Dk weight. Sample shown was worked in Cape May Fibers All American Alpaca 100% Huacaya Alpaca - 175 yds per 85 g skein in A: Natural Loredo B: Luscious Lavender Loredo C: Natural Twix D: Plum Dandy Maverick: One skein each. Approximate yarn amounts used: A: 165 yds B: 135 yds C: 150 yds D: 170 yds Needles Set of US size 6 (4mm) or size needed to obtain correct gauge. Gauge 18 sts 24 rows = 4”/10cm in st pattern blocked. (Gauge is not essential for this project but will affect the final size and amount of yarn used).
