Product Details
Everyone should have a classic cabled cardigan or two. Whether you wear it to the office or dress up a pair of jeans on the weekend, you'll want to make this design in several colors.
The body is worked in one piece from the bottom up, with reverse stockinette at the sides of the body. After dividing the stitches for the armholes, the fronts and back are worked separately to the shoulders, which are shaped using German short-rows. The shoulder stitches are joined using Three-Needle Bind-Off.
The sleeves are worked in the round, beginning with a band of the lace pattern above k1, p1 rib. Continue in stockinette to the underarm length, then work the sleeve cap back and forth.
Finish it off with classic, retro or trendy buttons to make it your own.
