Product Details

Textured cables and leaves adorn this long sleeve, crew neck cardigan. Worked from the bottom up in one piece with sleeves worked top down and in the round. 

 

Note: Cable and lace patterns are both charted and written

GAUGE

20 stitches and 30 rows on needle size US6 (4.0mm) in stockinette is 4” (10cm) knit flat and in the round

 

One repeat of charts B and D is 2 inches (5cm) wide

One repeat of chart C is 4.5 inches (11.5cm) wide

 

YARN REQUIREMENTS

1500 (1625, 1725, 1825) (1950, 2050, 2150) (2250, 2350, 2450) yards of wool or wool blend yarn needed to get gauge

 

Sample worked in size 36" with Hazel Knits Lively DK; 90% merino, 10% nylon; 275 yards in 130 grams; 6 skeins in color 267 Frost

 

NEEDLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Size US6 (4.0mm) needles for small circumference knitting in the round (sleeves)
  • Size US6 (4.0mm) 32” (40” for larger sizes) circular needle for body (worked flat)
  • Size US5 (3.75mm) 24" circular needle (bands)
