This cotton shell top is an ideal garment for high summer, with its cool, lightweight fabric. It has been designed to have a loose, relaxed fit, and Jennie Atkinson has decorated her design with vibrant poppy-like intarsia motifs. The garment is knitted in a smooth cotton 4ply yarn from Patons, which comes in a lovely choice of colours so you can adapt the intarsia pattern to reflect your favourite flower. (note: this garment is knitted in 2 pieces, with side seams. It's not possible to work the intarsia flowers in the round).
