I purchased the pattern and found it easy to follow. Having the video as a guide was a great help to visualize the steps. I found the pockets a bit low for my size so I will raise them when I make the next cardigan - the pattern makes it easy to do that. As a personal preference, I didn't care for the X stitch when worked up, but I did enjoy the project and will make another.
