Product Details

This scarf is comprised of a unique cable lace stitch, and an even more obscure mesh stitch. It is knit out of sport weight yarn, but the turtleneck features ensures that you will be warm even on the coldest day.

If you would prefer a standard rectangular scarf, just knit the chart (or line by line) for you desired length.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a good working knowledge of both cables and lace knitting).

This pattern is both charted and written out line by line. There are also instructions for a crocheted edging, if desired.

The sample scarf was knitted using Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sportmate yarn in colorway, Sage. However, any sport weight yarn will work for this pattern.

No crochet hooks are needed if you don't want to edge the scarf.
