This pattern was published the first time on Inside Crochet issue 115 as the OFF-BEAT PLACEMATS.
Today I present it with a different name and with little modifications in the written pattern : nothing major, but I was thinking it needed little adjustments to make the placemats look nicer!
Each placemat is made of two diagonal (off set) solid granny squares, joined together as you go.
Last row of each square is made up of 3DC shells to enable joining with slip stitches in spaces between shells.
