Its whimsical texture combines solid dense blocks of colour with contrasting mesh sections; which both allows and encourages you to experiment with colour variations.
The pattern is suitable for a crocheter that is of an advanced beginner level (or a beginner that likes a little challenge.) All you’ll need to get started is some worsted weight cotton yarn in 2 colours, a 4.5mm hook and around an hour of your time.
Its construction is pretty simple; and is also conveniently made in one piece; which means the only ‘sewing’ you’ll need to do is when you’re weaving in your ends!
It’s begun by working in rows, starting from the bottom up and includes 3 front panel sizes that adhere to your bust size. The remainder of the tops’ construction is then continued in rows to your exact measurements.
