A generous and snuggly cowl, knitted in the round in the lovely linen stitch, the resulting stretchy fabric does not curl and has a smooth, ‘woven’ look.
Before seaming, a sweet little tiger is worked in cross stitch along the length of the piece. The cross stitch area is reinforced with tear-away stabiliser underneath, which is hidden once the long sides are seamed together to form a circular tube.
The resulting tube is 19 cm (doubled) and 99 cm around the circle.
