Product Details

*Titi Parisien is inspired by the fictional character of Gavroche, street urchin in the novel 'Les Misérables' by Victor Hugo (1862).

*Gavroche is the archetype of a titi parisien (= Parisian kid): smart, prankster... Cheeky until he dies, shot while he was collecting cartridges in front of the barricades, while singing:

*Je suis tombé par terre / C'est la faute à Voltaire. / Le nez dans le ruisseau / C'est la faute à Rousseau.
