Product Details
Explore a Tunisian chevron stitch to create a beautiful, functional cowl, ideal for snuggling into as the days become colder. I wanted to design something that was relatively straight forward, so that I could enjoy the rhythm of the stitches without constantly referring to the pattern, but that included a variation on the traditional, regular chevrons. These stripes vary in width and depth. The cowl is made in a rectangle, and the short edges are joined. I used 6 balls of Scheepjes Merino Soft DK in 4 colours: 3 balls of the main colour, 1 ball each of three colours for the stripes.
