My unicorn blanket is one of those things that bring on the 'feel-good' factor and will delight anyone who is lucky enough to have a blanket crocheted for them. The pattern instructions are for a small blanket (40" wide by 39" long [101.5 cm by 99 cm]) and a large blanket (69" wide by 55" long [175 cm by 139.5 cm]), and it is easy to alter the sizes if you need to.
The main part of the blanket is made using bulky weight (chunky/12 ply yarn) and the pattern stitch is easy to memorize after the first couple of rows, so it is a fairly quick and easy project to make - perfect for gifts.
My patterns are written in plain English using standard US terms, which makes them easy to follow whether you are a newbie crocheter or you have many years of experience, but you can always message me if you have any queries about my patterns.
