The pattern is available in English
I love this little coat, and made it for four of my grandkids. It can be worked in Lana Gatto, Cascade 220 wool, or similar wool yarn. Both great for stranded work. I have also attached two different hat patterns, a Bonnet and a Beret.
There should be enough yarn remnants from the jacket, to cover the hat. Bying an extra might however be safer. Enjoy!
