This Victorian Style Christening Outfit Crochet pattern is designed to fit a 4-6 month infant. The Christening gown features leg-o-mutton sleeves and a traditional wheat head pattern. The bonnet repeats and wheat pattern along with a wide brim and ribbon ties. The shoes are Mary Janes with a choice of three different toe embellishments--a crocheted bow, a crocheted butterfly, or a flower.
The pattern also includes a slip pattern printable that requires minimal sewing with detailed instructions for adding crocheted trim and hem lace.
