Product Details
I made my Viking Helmet for a toy to wear, but you could also knit it as a fascinator or small party hat. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the helmet is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. Not including the horns, the helmet is 6cm tall x 7cm wide. Note, this free knitting pattern is for making the Viking Helmet only. The owl knitting pattern is available to purchase separately.
