Walter is a handsome devil who looks even more dashing in any of his collection of hats. He likes long flops on the beach.
This pattern is suitable for an intermediate crocheter. You need to have knowledge of single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), slip stitch (sl st), and both increases and decreases. The pattern uses non-traditional assembly methods and use of slip stitch rows to add wrinkles.
