This cosy scarf is covered in cute woodland themed motifs. It is knitted in the round so there is no wrong side and all the floats are hidden on the inside! The motifs are added using the stranded colourwork (Fair Isle) technique and there are only ever two colours in a row, which makes it a fairly easy project for those new to this technique. The motifs are knitted upside down on the second half of the scarf so that they are all the right way up when hung around your neck.
The scarf is knitted using DK weight yarn in five shades on a 4mm/US 6 circular needle (40cm/16in long). The pattern is written in English.
