Product Details
This sock pattern utilizes the woven ladder stitch which showcases floats on the right side of the knitted fabric. This technique minimizes the pooling common with handpainted or heavily variegated yarns while taking advantage of their lovely colour gradations. These socks are knit from the top down in a fingering weight yarn.
These socks require approximately 383 yards (350 meters) of fingering weight yarn. The sample pair was worked in Estelle Cadenza. The pattern includes detailed instructions and stitch charts.
