Deramores FAQs
Published on February 1, 2022 7 min readYou might have already heard that Deramores closed its doors for the final time this January. After more than ten years, unfortunately, the owners made the decision to close the business and find a new place for makers to shop.
LoveCrafts Group Limited has now acquired some of the assets of Deramores, including its yarn stock and digital assets; including patterns and tutorials, providing customers a place to shop for all their knitting, crochet and craft supplies.
We know many of you will be very sad to lose Deramores. They had a fantastic product range and awesome customer service to match, not to mention a lovely community of crafters. Here at LoveCrafts, we promise to bring you the same focus on excellent service, and work hard to bring you your favourite products, so you can continue your crafting journey.

Who are LoveCrafts?
We’re a family of makers, of passionate knitters, crocheters, stitchers and bakers - and we love our crafts.
You can read all about LoveCrafts, but first we’d like to welcome you into the warmest, happiest family of makers you will ever find!
We offer a gigantic range of craft supplies - knitting and crochet yarn, patterns, needles, crochet accessories, hooks, craft books and kits, you name it, you'll find it. Plus, we have a world of how-to and ideas to inspire you!
We ship worldwide (yippee!) and have dedicated websites for the UK and the US. Plus, our friendly customer service team, Smiles, are on hand to make your experience smooth and smiley every make of the way.
Do I automatically have an account at LoveCrafts now?
Not automatically. If you'd like to join the LoveCrafts family to store patterns, make a wish list and receive free patterns and special offers in your feed, all you need to do is create an account.
Can I get a discount on my first order with LoveCrafts?

Will I still get my order I placed with Deramores?
Yes, any orders you placed with Deramores will be delivered to you as normal.
How do I return something I bought from Deramores?
You may return new and unused products you’ve purchased from Deramores within thirty days of delivery. We will honor returns with an equivalent voucher code (to the cost of your goods) to spend at LoveCrafts. To arrange your return, just contact our Smiles team via this form, or phone +44 (0)1409 404 010 (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm).
I had an unused gift voucher for Deramores, can I spend it with you?
We know it would be super frustrating if you had a voucher and couldn’t spend it, so we’re happy to say if you had a Deramores gift voucher you can spend it with us.
Our team will be in contact with all Deramores customers who purchased a gift voucher (worth over £5) to issue you an equivalent LoveCrafts voucher to spend. If you’re unsubscribed, don’t worry, you haven’t been opted into any marketing and we’ll only ever email you again in connection to a purchase unless you choose to opt-in.

I had unused loyalty points on Derapoints, can I use them with you?
Currently, we don’t offer a loyalty programme at LoveCrafts, however we would like to honour the loyalty points you had with Deramores.
We’ll be in contact with everyone who had Derapoints worth more than £5, to let you know how you can claim your LoveCrafts reward instead. If you’re unsubscribed, don’t worry, you haven’t been opted into any marketing and we’ll only ever email you again in connection to a purchase unless you choose to opt-in.

Will I still be able to access the patterns I purchased?
Hopefully you’ve downloaded any patterns you’ve purchased from Deramores already. If not, and you're looking for a pattern you’ve purchased, please get in touch with our Smiles team via this form and we’ll try our best to help you.
Will you be stocking the same products?
LoveCrafts will be taking on Deramores’ stash, so we’ll have lots of the same products you know and love. You’ll be able to shop your favourite Deramores’ yarn brands, like Deramores Studio DK and Deramores Essentials DK, right here, while stocks last. Bear with us as it might take a little while to get the products up on the website!
Going forwards, we'll be reviewing all the Deramores' yarns to see if and where we can develop existing lines. We'll keep you up-to-date with plans here. If you have any specific feedback about the yarns or Deramores, we'd love to hear.
Alongside these you’ll find all your favourite brands like Hoooked, Rowan, Stylecraft, King Cole, Lion Brand and Hayfield. You’ll find new products too, like Paintbox Yarns, Debbie Bliss and Millamia. We hope you’ll find something you love, why not check out all our knitting & crochet brands.
How fast is delivery at LoveCrafts?
Once you’ve placed an order, we want you to receive your crafting bundle as quickly as possible so you can get into making mode! For UK deliveries we offer FREE shipping on all orders over £25. Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 working days to arrive after despatch and costs £3.50. If you just can’t wait to get making, we also offer a Speedy option to get your package within 1-2 working days after despatch.
All orders are carefully packed and beautifully wrapped with love. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
What is the customer service like at LoveCrafts?
We know that customer service was really important to Deramores and you, their loyal customers. Like Deramores, we really care about our makers and want everyone’s crafting journey to be smooth and smiley every stitch of the way. So if you find yourself in knots, you’re struggling with a stitch or you just need help placing an order, our team of craft experts are on hand to help.
Where will my orders from LoveCrafts come from?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK, unless you’re based in North America, in which case your order will be shipped from our US warehouse.
What kind of promotions will you offer?
All kinds - we love to bring you promos and bargains whenever we can! We work closely with the brands you love to get the best deals out there, whether that’s a one-off daily deal on a bestseller or a site-wide promo with free delivery to boot. The best way to hear about our latest promos is to sign up for our newsletter.
Do you have a wishlist feature?
