Malabrigo Rios is a favorite with knitters around the world, and for good reason! It knits to a standard worsted weight of Malabrigo yarn, and is super soft and washable. Rios has great stitch definition and an array of colorways to choose from. Malabrigo yarn is hand-dyed, meaning that each beautiful skein is unique. As a result, there may be variations in color between skeins of the same shade. Please note that we do not stock Malabrigo yarn in batches, but you can always return your order if you do not like the shades you receive.

Beautiful yarn, that works up easily! It’s a very smooth yarn to crochet with. Half way though a beanie/toque style hat and yarn is not pilling or getting fuzzy as I work. The red color is rich and deep throughout the skein, but is still a semisolid tonal.
Beautiful yarn & it’s my favorite to buy for many of my patterns. Will continue to buy as long as I can knit away.
Let me be clear – I use Malabrigo Rios all the time. I knew exactly what color way I was ordering, but it showed up with a yellow tinge which I have never seen here in the states. When I reached out and let them know that there was something very off about the color, they basically told me that was too bad, because of the lack of dye lots. I was NOT sent what I ordered. They weren't even close to the numerous skeins of the same color I have used.
Can't go wrong with Malabrigo Rios. It's my favorite go-to yarn. Beautiful colors and I love the feel of it as I knit.
