I designed this hat for my very cute cousin Owen who is 9 months old in this photo. The hat is big enough on him that he should be able to wear it through the winter, until he's at least 12 months old.
SIZE: baby (12 months); 6.5” high and 14” circumference GAUGE: 18 stitches=4” NEEDLES: 5mm/US 8 or longer (24” or more) circular needles if using magic loop method MATERIALS: approximately 100 yards of orange yarn (I used Impeccable by Loops&Threads) and 50 yards of white; small amount of black yarn for eyes and nose; embroidery needle to sew on eyes, ears, and nose
