    About

    Received a baby shower invite from dear friends who were keeping their pregnancy very secret so I had less than a month to create their gift. I definitely bit off a project requiring much more time than a month. For this reason, I did not have time to block out each square to make sure they were flat and uniform... I used the referenced pattern for the blanket canvas creating 6" x 6" squares and the first 3 rows of the border (double strands of yarn). All animals were created and/or inspired by patterns from Nella's Cottage <<https://www.etsy.com/shop/NellasCottage?ref=pr2018_faveshops>>. I've listed the animals separately with their associated patterns. They were a blast to make.
