I knitted all the pieces for baby Rudolph last December but didn’t have time to complete him. I found him in the bottom of one of my many knitting bags last week and thought I’d finish him with time to spare this year.
@Twinkletoes: I love Pat's stocking and toy pattern! I've never got round to making it. Your Rudolph stocking will be brilliant with your Rudolph. Thank you so much for letting me know about the Rapunzel pattern. I've saved it on Amazon. I only make what the teachers request, so I'll have to see if this is on their list. I get the feeling that the fairy tales where the female character is portrayed in an outdated stereotypical way are a bit out of favour in the school now. I've just finished the witch in Room on the Broom. She's taken for ever! Just the cauldron, broom, cat, dog, frog, bird and dragon to do! 🤣 I will look forward to seeing your Rudolph stocking and thanks again for the pattern info, really kind of you to think of me 💕
Oh he is sooo cute I love the colours you have used. I can't believe he sat waiting to be finished for so long,I bet you are glad you finished him now. I just finished the wee bear one and he was fu to make.😊
I love the range of yarns that can be used for this type of project. I have two balls of Mardi Gras, which is discontinued, that I’m going to make another Rudolph with. 💕
