This was my very first time venturing towards both knitting garments and vintage. It took me a week to practice and figure out the pattern, before I started on the project itself. I had expected it to be much harder, but as everything flowed so smoothly, I just fell in love with it. Took me 3 weeks, from start to finnish. I did not crochet the edges as instructed. I thought it looked better without. But that could be more towards my in experience with crochet. I also chose to continue the last 6 stitches (from shaping the top), to create straps that I could attach on the back (25cm long, size 34eu). The straps unfortunately stretched thinner than my bra straps when wearing. Next time I'm definitely taking that Into account and continue pattern with 10st's/blocking. I love how it looks on me. Only complaint, the cotton material wasn't as stretchy as I'd like, original pattern used wool. But I'd like to note that I'm just learning and experimenting along the way.
