    About

Decided to knit this little chap out of my stash while waiting for extra wool for my campervan bedspread. This is a very detailed well written pattern but I personally disliked the loop method of knitting. Totally different from dpns and circular. Must admit it threw me for a while! Pattern shows the monkey without a mouth but didn't like the effect so chose to have him sucking his thumb which I have seen many baby monkeys do!! He looks like he's done something naughty and is not sure if he's in trouble or not!!

Hi June, yes I suppose you could but I would take the needle size down too to 3mm instead of 3.5mm. Though I don't know hiw much smaller it would make him.

Hi Elizabeth, to be hones with you I'm not sure. I suppose you could convert it by using the same amount of stitches and just sewing them together.
