    About

    First time using wool blend sock yarn for a shawl. I had some discontinued Australian merino 80% nylon 20% yarn in 2 colours, only 200 grams in total, I searched Love Crochet for a lacy pattern, using less than 3 skeins of 4ply yarn.

    Measurements

    165 x 85 cm

    Notes: Removed the puff stitch ch 2, in half the rows and replaced with dc ch 1, to save on yarn. I am also adding about 25 gms of Patonyle merino ombre 4ply lavender in the border, which complements the Fiberific Sunflower 'grape escape' handdyed mottled cream and purple yarn in the body of shawl.
