    Like many of you over the years I've acquired bags of left over yarn.having recently been restricted by an ankle injury I wondered what I could do with it all.i also have an elderly parent who would turn off the heating for fear of the cost so I thought about blankets and set off on a mission to crochet granny squares out of my leftover aran and chunky yarns.my aim is to make and donate the blankets to AGE UK with the hope they will be given to someone in the community to help keep them warm during the difficult winter that lies ahead.Les Restes is French for remnants 😊.
