I haven't knitted anything for myself in a while, and really wanted to have a summer sweater for wearing on evenings out in the pub garden, or on the seafront walks......that was the plan at least, before Covid 19 reared its ugly head and caused all kinds of havoc. So this sweater became a lockdown project. It also was useful for keeping my hands working, as i have arthritis and it can be very painful and debilitating at times. But I fought on and that was the result. I love the colour and the yarn (Debbie Bliss Piper) is just so soft, and lightweight. Perfect for this casual, easy to wear sweater
