This was Charlie's choice. I've never knitted a garment top down, let alone on circular needles. However, it was ok. I managed the magic loop doing the sleeves, easy when know how! Had to google though.
As the wool was chunky and came in 50gm balls I had lots of ends to weave in. If I did this all in one piece again I would join at the sides and in this case in the rib at the sides.
I was unable to source Quince & Co Puffin yarn (it was very expensive too) so I chose the best yarn substitute with a 99% match...Drops Design , Drops Eskimo a single ply 100% wool yarn, which I ordered from Wool Warehouse at £1.90 per ball and a huge selection of colours,

I thought this knitted up very well, however, it is quite unrefined so if you are sensitive to wool on your skin it wouldn't be for you.
