    About

I saw this pattern, thought he was cute and decided to give it a go. I started it sometime last year and got so far but other things interrupted. I’ve picked him up a few times but then decided I needed to make an effort to get him finished - but then the inevitable happened - I ran out of faux fur. So I had to wait for more to come and the new yarn isn’t the same as the old one - I don’t even know what the old one is or where it came from. The new yarn is only on the tail though so not much of a problem. He’s not my best work but still cute!
The fluffy yarn I used for the head is Sirdar Snuggly Bunny

Oh I missed this posting how cute is this wee one Karen, with his big eyes and his gorgeous faux fur body.😊😊He was definitely worth finishing. 😊😊I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think 1 ball will be enough for a bear.lol.🤔🤔Maybe a gnome.💕💕💕

Thank you Michelle. I'm glad I got him finished in the end. I might have enough faux fur for an Oakley owl like Dianne made recently - Pat says he takes 75g and I have almost all of the 100g left. Anyway he's going to have to wait because I have to finish the giraff cuddle & play blanket first - done the head, tail and 3 of 4 legs, and then it will be the blanket itself - it's proving to be a nightmare and I'm wondering what possessed me to think it was a good idea ... xx

Thank you Christine. It’s funny isn’t it how some projects really grab you and you can’t wait to finish them and others … not so much. Glad I persevered with this one though

Thanks Jacquie. I hate faux fur, and now I have almost a whole new ball of it that I don’t know what to do with …
