    About

    One of my customers got in touch as she wanted to make a preemie version of my Classic Pixie Beanie for her premature twin grandsons. I so wanted to ensure that grandma could knit hats to fit, ....so I wrote this pattern. I have written instructions for 1-1.5lbs, 2-3lbs and 4-6lbs.

      Hello Linda, these are so gorgeous. My mother-in-law will love this pattern. I am dropping off 37 preemie beanies to the hospital for her tomorrow. This will be something new for her to try. The nurses will love them too.
