    About

As they will be close in age thought it would be sweet to have something similar. New one due in 4 weeks so very excited. Hoping lockdown lifts before he’s born so can see him wearing it with his big brother as its new born size.

    Yarns

    • material-yarn
4 ply from my stash - Black 1 ball

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 2.50mm (US 1.5) 20cm
    • Single Point 3.25mm (US 3) 20cm
    Other : Yarn bobbins

    Measurements

    24-36 Months

Notes: Knitted up smaller than I thought so went up a size on each, probably because I didn’t use the recommended wool

Sue do you have any grand daughters or just grand sons? I have 7 granddaughters and No 8 on the way plus I have 3 grand sons.

I like it in the grey and pink on the pattern. My daughter liked them so much she asked me to do them next year too for the boys.

Oh these are lovely Sue, so beautifully knitted,it would not have been easy knitting with the black wool. You will have to post a picture when your grandsons are wearing them.😊I hope you are feeling better now.

Thanks Michelle. They are so small and only front and back to do so not such a pain😀

They are lovely and quite easy to make. Have made some in pink and white but don’t look as good as the dark colours. Will post them later.

@Knitting Nanny Sue: oh I would like to see them in the pink and white they will be lovely.😊With the white background one with the black is it hard not to show up the black wool behind it, that always worries me.😊😊
