    I can't believe it's the chilly time of year again .... our George another year older and so another beanie. Love this pattern, it starts from babies and goes up to adult sizes! There's something quite satisfying about mattress stitch seaming ... I enjoyed making my own pompom too.
    George is not always too keen on hats ... I'm hoping he will wear this one :D!

      Lovely hat, love the colour and the pattern, so beautifully knitted, of course he will wear it because his Grandma knitted it for him. 😊

      George's hat is lovely Mary such a great colour and with that rib it will fit him perfectly.😊I love your pom pom too it looks so thick and even, that's something I struggle to make.💕

        Thank you Michelle, I used a pom pom maker and a you tube video tutorial, I was pleased it worked out ok. It's a lovely pattern, really straightforward 😊

        @Mary_B: sorry Mary I cannot see some of my notifications, I have sent a message to Love Crafts but have to wait till they are open. Well I had a wee pom pom maker and I have to admit I actually went to use it last week had no idea what to do so it ended up in the bin.lol.😏😊😊They are lovely patterns and always look so nice when finished.💕

        @Michelle M: Oh no, hope the notifications blip gets sorted for you. The pom pom maker definitely looked complicated until I watched the youtube video. It ended up only taking about 20 minutes to make 👍

      What a lovely hat for George Mary. Thankfully my grandsons have always loved wearing hats. In fact Ezra (3) wore his sun hat every day in the summer regardless of the weather as well as his sunglasses!
