Add your sprinkles! Before moving on to assembly, make sprinkles on pink portion of cushion. Using rainbow yarn and 5mm hook, join yarn around any pink st of cushion, ch 1. Sl st around 2-3 more sts in any direction to make a sprinkle; fasten off. Rep as many times as desired around entire cushion. The cushion contains about 7 sprinkles per colour – you may need to cut one colour of yarn out of skein after a certain number of sts in order to begin another colour. Fasten off, carry ends inside of cushion, and tie off ends on inside.
9
Assembly. With pink yarn on needle, start sewing Rnd 1 and Rnd 49 together, working through sts of Rnd 49 and between sts of Rnd 1. Sew half of cushion together, begin stuffing. Cushion should be stuffed very firmly. Continue sewing / closing the cushion and stuffing until all sts are sewn. Weave in all ends.
And then you're done! Display your donut in whatever room you feel needs sweetening up!
