      Gosh, I thought the pattern looked straightforward, may I ask what made it difficult? I am considering knitting them

        Hi Hollie Hobby, sorry for the delay in replying, I have not been on this site for a while. It was the first time that I knit mitts starting from the top down so I found it difficult dividing a small amount of sts on three needles and working that way, with such a thick wool. Love the mitts though they are really warm.
